Thomas is the author of “Unfairly Godmothered.” After teaching himself to read using “Calvin and Hobbes” Thomas fell in love with storytelling and wanted to tell his own, even after learning most authors don’t get paid very well. To fund his crippling food dependence while writing, he has worked as a board-game tester, a book critic, and as a saliva sample collector (the less said about that last one, the better).
